PCWare Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order confirmation

After you place an order on pcware.in, our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the product, price, delivery and payment. Stock is reserved for 24 hours; unconfirmed orders are cancelled automatically.

2. Delivery options

- Store pickup (Rajkot): usually ready the same or next working day after confirmation. - Rajkot city delivery: 1–2 working days. - Rest of Gujarat: 2–4 working days by courier. - Rest of India: 4–7 working days by courier. Delivery times are estimates and can change due to courier delays, holidays or remote locations.

3. Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are told to you and agreed before dispatch. Store pickup is free.

4. Payment

No online payment is taken on the website. You can pay cash on delivery (where available), pay at the store on pickup, or pay by UPI / bank transfer after we confirm the order. Cash on delivery depends on your pincode and order value.

5. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also see the status in My Account on pcware.in.

6. At delivery

Please check the package before accepting it. If it looks opened or damaged, refuse it or record an unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours (see our Return & Refund Policy).

7. Every product is dispatched with its GST invoice and, for refurbished items, its QC test certificate.
